lpr vs lpng

Hi,

Can anyone lead me to information on the difference between lpng and lpr as
shipped with 5.2? Also is there an rpm for it? If it is on the redhat site I
must have missed it.

What I hope to find is a command like the old unix lpmove command and maybe
some of the other AT&T utilities.
