ROUTED and (no route to host)

Hi !

I'm using Kernel 2.2.5

I have troubles with routed, when I dial into my ISP I receice and IP
in the network 196.1.112.0, OK

When I connect, sometimes I can't some ports of that Server.
For example, sometimes I do, telnet server and Telnet response
No route to host. (There is a default route to that network, that's
not the problem)

If I do /etc/rc.d/init.d/routed restart then I do telnet server again,
It sometimes connect.

I know is a problem on my system, because I tried it on other systems
making a similar PPP conection (And receiving the same IP Address) and
whenever I do a telnet I'm able to connect without troubles.

I really don't know what maybe getting bad here.

Any Advice ??
