Usually RH will put up the install guide on their web site.  Gurus of this
should critique that section then.

Probably just specifing the file name as part as the URL.  When you
http://www.getrh60.com/i386/RPMS/abc.rpm
the download starts automatically.  I'm glad this is an option.  In some
senerios, people can disable their ftp server.
