System very busy

Hi,

    I noticed today my system seems extremely busy. Top shows 2 soffice.bin
entries (which it looks like I'll uninstall coz it's seems it's using 80% of
my CPU cycles). There's also something called wish taking up 30% memory and
what the hell are md_threads?

Could someone enlighten me as to the above?
