Actually I'm about to play with this myself with the RH60 release...

So far IPCHAINS has worked flawlessly with all of the modules...

What you are seeing is symptomatic of the module not working, your packets
go out via masq, but since the returned packets have the "wrong" destination
nothing comes back in... this is why the module is required...
