Partitions

I have a laptop setup with dualboot win 95/Redhat 5.2.  As I am learning
more about linux, I am trying to remove win programs, and grow my usage of
linux.  I have partition magic which takes care of shrinking the win32
partition.

Does anybody know of an application, or method, to increase and/or modify
linux partitions without reformatting the drives and reinstalling linux?
