You're really gonna have to regenerate your sendmail.cf to make all of
this work.  That's why I had you looking for the redhat.mc file... if
after you do that locate it's still not present then you're missing one of
the sendmail rpm's.  I recommend you upgrade anyway as 8.8.x is gettin'
pretty long in the tooth now anyway.  8.9.3 is available in the contrib
section on most mirrors.
