3 True Type programs for Linux (and Cyrillic, too)

Dear friends:

First, I would like to thank those of you who have responded to my
question about the reliability of the Xfstt TT program. 

Looking further into the matter, I came across not two but three such TT
programs: You will find them all at:

I a complete non-techie who is now enjoying Linux thanks to the
wonderful help of list members. May I ask for your guidance in this
matter? Any preferences from the available programs? What are the
differences? I have written to the individual authors of the programs
but it would be nice to hear from people using them. This would help
those of us who are interest in TT fonts and those interested in
Cyrillic, too.
