modules block-major-22 -- CDRom loading problem

When I place a CD into my Memorew CRW-1622 I get the following error
messages.

Can anyone tell me what I need to alias to get it recognize
block-major-22.  I have had similar things with PPP so I assume a simple
alias command in the modules.conf will suffice and fix the rpoblem.
