Help finding X include files

Does anyone know what files I need to install that make up the X include
files? I don't know what they are but seem to need them to install
pcmcia-3.0.9. I have looked at quite a few ftp sites, but don't see
anything that resembles what I am looking for. I have been told they are
on the redhat disk, but don't know what the files names are.
