You, my friend, need network kickstarts. :) It's the only
way to fly when you need lots and lots of identical machines. For
further instruction, check out:
RH's KickStart-HOWTO (found on your RH CD in the doc/HOWTO directory),
the README.ks file (also in the /doc directory), and the sample.ks
file. That should be enough to get you started.
If you have any other questions, feel free to ask me.. I do
kickstarts all the time, with lots of crazy stuff in the post-install
section. :) (Things like installing Qmail, ripping out sendmail,
doing basic security changes (inetd.conf, hosts.allow/hosts.deny, cops,
tripwire, et al.).
