Well, Corel has a C_Tech program, where they recruit volunteers from
their newsgroups (and CIS forums) to scout their newsgroups, answer
questions, and escalate issues that need to be.  In return, they get
free copies of the software they support and direct access to their
tech support.

This model seems to work pretty well, and maybe RH should consider
it.  This way, any RH employees who happen on the list aren't swamped
as "Official" newsgroup reps.
