Enabling two mice on laptop

I have a laptop (Dell Inspiron 7000) which works fine with
either the PS/2 compatible touchpad enabled or the 
serial mouse attached to /dev/ttyS0.  I can adjust the 
"Pointer" directive in the XF86Config file to be one or
the other, but I'd like to be able to use both at the same
time like in NT.  Is there any way to configure this?  I'm 
running RedHat 5.2 and XFree86-3.3.3.
