Yeah, I guess we should be happy Red Hat and Linux are doing so well.
However, I have the misfortune to need a copy of RH's SSL webserver pronto
and I'm caught in the same morass.  I haven't gotten a confirmation of
shipping and need the product now.  I called and their pre-sales (who
somehow handle shipping inquires) were busy and I couldn't leave a voice
mail.  Sounds like a mess.

Well here's my contribution to the thread:  I called back and chose orders
("1") and a very polite rep found a very polite pre-sales person who is
going to make sure I get the product tomorrow.  So I'm tipping my hat to
the RH folks who seem to be managing too much success as well as can be
expected of mere mortals.
