Their tech help, especially during the pre-buy decision period, is 
outstanding.
I have had enormous amount of help from them on my buying decisions.

Their  technical web pages are useful to browse even if only for
cross checking advice you get from one of the other preloaded linux vendors.

I would guess they are not the cheapest, but equal/better to any of others  
you mention
in solid config and hardware.
