Killed "Grey Screen of Death" FINALLY

Thanks to all those who have sent comments over time!

The xfstt.rpm was indeed the culprit though it has worked for many
people. Something I did was obviously very wrong.

A simple "rpm -e xfstt*.rpm" pretty much did the trick, and things are
running well again. 

This on RH 5.2 with 2.0.36 kernel
