Nasty Rumors

I've heard a couple of nasty rumors about Red Hat, this
evening, and I was wondering if anyone had some hard info.

Rumor 1: Red Hat is suing/threatening to sue a company in the Bay
Area (Linuxcare?) about something or other.  

Rumor 1.5: There were a couple of stories on
http://slashdot.org about this, one of which had to be
yanked for some reason.  

Note: slashdot has been down for around 12 hours now.  If
there's an official Red Hat personage reading this, I would
suggest that it would be a good idea to confirm that
slashdot is down because (1) Of some technical problem; (2)
because Rob is out watching Star Wars; (3) some combination
of the two; and not (4) because of dire legal threats from
Red Hat. 

Rumor 2: A Red Hat employee was accused of sexual harrasment
which took place both both at a technical conference and
publically on the net.  Red Hat made a reassuring
announcement that he has been fired.  This person has now
shown up at LinuxExpo wearing a Red Hat badge... evidentally
he was "fired" and then hired as a contractor.

So, like I said... anyone got any hard info?  

(And if we could skip the "Red Hat sucks" flames, that would
be good.  It would also be good if we could skip the "shoot
the messenger" type flames too, but I'm not holding my
breath.)
