Incorrect.  Red Hat is neither suing nor threatening to sue "a company
in the Bar Area (Linuxcare?)" about anything.  LinuxCare used our name
and logo in an advertisement without our permission.  We asked (first
informally, then formally) that they stop.

We have nothing to do with Slashdot, so we can't comment on its state.
It's certainly not because of any legal action on our part.  Slashdot has
nothing to do with the LinuxCare fiasco, so even if we were pulling out
all of the legal stops, Slashdot wouldn't be affected.
