How do I compile SSL for Webmin?

I've installed Webmin, which is a great tool, but need to secure it with
SSL.  How?  I've downloaded SSLeay-0.9.0a and Net_SSLeay.pm-1.01.  Now I
need to compile and install the SSLeay C library, and then compile and
install the SSLeay Perl module.
