Whether he normally speaks for RedHat or not, I assume he's able to do so 
on occasion. Were I a RedHat employee I'd expect to be able to put the RH 
case from time to time, though I'd not want anyone to assume I ALWAYS did 
so,

Even the receptionist in the first day of telephone duty can say, "I'm 
sorry Sir, we do not sell Windoes."
