It hasn't risen in cost. It's gone down. Unless those die-hard
Redhat users need 30 days of someone on the phone to hold their hand,
they should get the $39.95 package (or ftp, or go with cheapbytes).
RH is in an odd position among software vendors of having lots and
lots of really cheap routes for users to get upgrades. Why is it so
vital for _them_ to provide cheap CDs as upgrades, so vital that users
would switch distributions? That just really doesn't make any sense
to me, unless they're completely unaware of other avenues.
