I wouldn't go that far. But, when giving out instructions on a website,
one should make sure that they work. It is possible that the webmaster
took a shortcut in order to have the download link and instruction on
the same line, not knowing that doing so would cause the upgrade to fail.
It had me pulling my hair and getting pissed as to why the Redhat instructions
would not work.
The web page needs to be fixed so that the download links are separate from
the update instructions and the update instructions expanded to give the
correct RPM command line to update the system.
Remember there are lots of Linux newbies that will know even less than I
did, and at the time, it wasn't much. Giving them false information will
not help them. It might put a bad flavor in their mouths.
Please, double check instructions placed on the web site.
