I followed the link from Linux Today and downloaded it.
Here are the instructions from real.com on what to do:
--------------------
Rename the uncompressed file.
Type mv G2player-6.0-0.99051701.i386_rpm
G2player-6.0-0.99051701.i386.rpm
Type rpm -i G2player-6.0-0.99051701.i386.rpm
--------------------
I don't think they mean it, since both parts of the mv are identical, and the
downloaded file is:
G2player-6.0-0.99092901.i386_rpm
I wonder 1) what is the right thing to do, and 2) what is going on here.
They have a new version, and want to pretend that it is the old version
so the expiration date will be sometime in the future?
I guess I figured out what to do. The new player works. Seems slower.
But listening to realplayer will turn your mind to mush anyway.
