Setting RH 6 up as a " NT TYPE " DOmain

Question:

I know you can use SAMBA to map to network drives on Linux to NT.

My question is... Can you setup LINUX to act like a NT domain? for expample
on a 95 client, you have username, PW and Domain , I want to know if LINUX
could be that " DOmain " ?
