Configuration of kppp and starting Netvigator problems

Hi everybody,

I found following problems in using RedHat 6.0 after installation

Problem 1)

Can't config Kppp in "user" KDE.  Whenever I start to config it an Error
warning popup indicating

>>ppp is not properly installed.  The pppd binary must be installed with
SUID bit set.  Contact your system administrator. <<

Neither I can find modem by "Query Modem" in Kppp "setup" screen.  However I
can config Kppp in "root" KDE with the same settings and connect to ISP as
well.

Problem 2)

I install Netscape-Communicator on KDE from /usr/bin/netscape but can't make
it connected to WWW (ISP)
