Configuration of kppp and starting Netvigator problems

Dear Neil,

Thanks for your 2 emails and advice.

1) Re Netscape
I can get the browser started but can't get it connected to Internet. I
have searched around its menu/command but can't find something like
'Property' or 'Preference' where can be configured for connecting Internet.
I install Netscape from the file in RedHat package. If it can't work.
Please advise where I can have its latest version for Linux download and the
steps to remove the old version and re-install the new one as I am quite
young in Linux.

2) Kppp problem
This is quite critical. If I can't detect modem and connect the PC to ISP,
I can't connect Netscape to Internet even it works perfectly. But I am at
loss why I can config Kppp at "root" KDE to make it work but not at "User"
KDE.

Thank you in advance.

B.R.
