- don't forget a description of your problem :-)
xawtv works fine. But when I try to use streamer I can't get it
to save a picture. Instead the picture just comes out as a blue box.
- the insmod arguments for the modules

- have you tried the version which is bundled with xawtv?
I am using the version that comes with the linux kernel.
With xawtv, I use the following settings:
norm = NTSC
capture = on
source = Composite1
freqtab = ntsc-bcast
pixsize = 128 x 96
jpeg-quality = 75
I try to run streamer -o picture.jpg, but it just comes out as a blue box.
I have also tried things like:
streamer -f jpeg -o picture.jpg
Any ideas how to get streamer grab a picture from the cam?
Thanks,
Brian
