Re: [Java] kaffe or Blackdown's JDK

HI,

I downloaded the alphaworks-jre. Apparently it is cut for a Redhat 6.0.
It say it must have a 2.2.x kernel and it has to have glibc-2.1. Will this
thing run on a redhat 5.2 machine. I really donot want the hassle of
upgrade to the 2.2.x kernel and then trying to upgrade the glibc-2.1. which
is virtually impossible without a complete install.

thanks in advance :-)
