You'll need to set a MIME type in your browser. For netscape, it would
be the following:
application/vnd.ms-excel
Add the following extensions: XLS XLT XLM XLD XLA XLC XLW XLL
Set handled by to EXCEL.
Also, you can save your Excel spreadsheets as HTML and put them on a
site.
