Hello all,
I have a 3COM Vortex 10/100Mbs card,
it works fine under Winblows 98 & NT.
I also ran the 3com configuration utility after booting on a dos
diskette to set the
card to 10BaseT....
however the card does not work under Linux at 10MBs, I suspect that it
still is running at 100MBs...
This may be due to the fact that I set the card to 10BaseT AFTER
installing Linux...
is there any way to tell linux to use the card at 10Mbps?
Any help would be welcome.
In the interim, I will unplug the card and try using a purely 10MBs
NIC...
I look forward to your comments, suggestion and helpful tips as ususal,
regards,
Ahbaid.
