This is a "taylor-style" config file for the calling system. I've not
set up taylor uucp on a system which is the 'called' system, so I can't
offer much help there. But as long as you have the system you're calling
set up to allow a uucp-via-tcp incoming call this stuff here will enable
the calling system to talk to him.
