Relaying Denied

Subject: Relaying Denied

Everytime that I boot my system and try and compose/send a message I get a
"mail not sent...relaying denied" message.  If I restart sendmail (ie.
/etc/rc.d/init.d/sendmail restart) all is well.

Any idea what could be causing this???  I'm using Redhat 6.1
