printing & printtool don't work

Hi. I recently upgraded from Red Hat 5.2 to 6.0, and haven't been able
to print since. I can see that lpd is running, two processes really, but
I get error messages saying:

lpr: connect: Connection refused
jobs queued, but cannot start daemon.

That message is from Netscape, specifically. Printtool doesn't work at
all. When I open it, I get an error message saying that samba isn't
installed. I click ok, and then get a message saying Novell printing
services aren't installed. After I click ok on that screen, printtool
exits. No relevant error messages are in /var/log/messages.

Any help will be appreciated.
