Hi,
I have a group of Pentium IIIs running RH 6.0, and I am having problems
mounting NFS volumes.
Essentially, the problem is that the mounting fails because of a
TCPwrappers issue (if fails with "RPC:program not registered" message).
I know it is TCPwrappers because if I comment out the ALL:ALL line in
hosts.deny, everything works fine.
Now, simply having the line
ALL: client.address
in hosts.allow does not do it. I need a line in it specific for the
portmap services to be allowed. Simply writing
portmap: client.address
does not seem to work either, nor
rpc.nfsd: client.address
rpc.portmap: client.address
would work.
Would anyone know what that line should be?
Thank you very much,
Marcelo
