Sendmail with 5.2

Hello,
    In the default 5.2 sendmail, does anyone have the proper syntax for
the ip_allow, name_allow and relay_allow files.  Also, how would I set
it up so the any "user" on the system could relay msg without having to
put everyuser in the name_allow/ip_allow or every recipient in the
relay_allow file.  Alot of the users are on different dialups with
different ips, but use this system as their primary mail.
