It should already be doing that automatically. You can view the status of
reconstruction in /proc/mdstat
If you are hot-swapping drives, you will need to use the 'raidhotremove'
and 'raidhotadd' commands to kick the RAID subsystem into doing the right
thing, but because you rebooted, it automatically figured this stuff out
at startup.
