Partion table error 113

Greets.

   Recently Before installing red hat 6.0 i used system commander to make
room for linux, well now its telling me that my partiton table is messed up,
its giving me error 113, my question is, is there a way to fix this, i
really, really don't wanna have to wipe it, and start fresh, unless i have
too, the System is running 2 13gb Drives on primary master and slave, and a
dvd and cd-rom on secondary.
Windows98 Still runs fine, but Linux will not let me install. Any
Suggestions?
