Hi
I've been running a windows based NAT router for awhile now. I decided that
I would give ipchains with ipmasq a whirl and low and behold I find that
ipchains isn't stateful!
I've read some doco that supports this theory but I find it hard to be true.
Someone I work with said that RH 5.2 running ipfwadm is stateful. Can
someone confirm or deny this and suggest some work arounds. I can't see any
reason to go backwards from ipfwadm to ipchains if stateful packet
inspection isn't supported..
Adrian
