Of course you can make it dual boot but if sounds like it won't be easy.
Assuming you don't have RH crowded into a tiny partition, it may be best to
add a new disk and install NT onto it. I would probably give Linux some
more room too by leaving an empty 2GB partition on the new drive (you're
going to buy like 8+ GB, right?).
After installing NT, you may need to reinstall LILO. I don't know how this
is done but I'm interested myself.
