Nescape problem

["Guo Xiao Qiang (TAGZ)" <GuoXQ tce com>]

Every time I start Nescape  browser I found black background with address
bar that pend  about two minute then pop a window said:” No response to the
SaveYourself command . The program maybe slow, stopped or broken. You may
wait for it to respond or remove it” with Remove and Cancel button. When I
press Cancel button  then the browser working properly.  

I use the RH 6.0, and I log with root user.
What can I do?
