SWS 2 Addendum has pages mising

Hello,

I just received my copy of Red Hat Secure Web Server 2.0 today. I started 
glancing through the booklets and found that the "Red Hat Secure Web 
Server Getting Started Guide Addendum", the 24 page booklet, has some 
pages missing! Specifically pages 11 to 14. 

Page 10 talks about 'HP WebQoS', then page 15 starts off with a number 
12, in what looks to be a listing of corrections. These pages are in the 
middle of the booklet, so I guess the printer decided to skip a few :)

Are these pages (or the entire addendum) online anywhere? I looked all 
over the Red Hat site today but came up empty. Or could someone send them 
to me if they have the addendum in electronic form?

The Red Hat Secure Web Server 2.0 book has a manual identifier of: 
SecServ-2.0-Print-RHS (9/98)
