HELP! "webclient" needed for RPM

Hello:
I've downloaded an RPM for my American Power Conversion UPS, that will shut
down the webserver upon commercial power loss.  I'm using RH 6.1.
I downloaded it into the /var/mnt/System/Packages directory and used the web
interface to install it.
The RPM reports, after confirming a few items like the file size, that...
"requires: webclient   unsatisfied"
All other dependencies are OK.  The final message is:
"error: failed dependencies:  webclient is needed by PowerChutePlus-4.5.2-1"

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
