If you mean that you like the theme, but would like to make
borderstyle changes permanent, then select the borderstyle you like
for a window, and then select "remember" from the winops menu and tell
e to remember it's borderstyle.
The alternative would be to edit the windowmatches.cfg file for your
chosen theme, and match certain window names/titles/classes with
certain borders, although this is more complex.
If you instead meant that e doesn't rememember what theme you chose,
then this is likely to be a permissions problem in ~/ or
~/.enlightenment.
