Hi,
I'm trying to setup a dial on demand box. It is going to be gateway (masq)
for about 12 other machines.
I have everything installed, it even tries to dial when it needs a
connection, but keeps giving me an pap error "cannot find suitable secret
to authenticate itself". my pap-secrets file is setup like this:
username ppp0 password
and also tried
username * password
neither works. I can dial up just fine when doing ifup ifcfg-ppp0 and that
is how I'm trying to use the dial command in the diald.conf.
So, anyone have any ideas? Any GOOD docs (that old old mini-howto for
diald doesnt cut it) or anything would be great. Or, even any
alternatives..
Thanks,
Bryan
