I think I meant: 

ftp://ftp.redhat.com/redhat/old-releases/redhat-4.2/i386/images

or possibly

ftp://ftp.redhat.com/redhat/old-releases/4.2/i386/images

but the point is you can visit the RH ftp site for this.
