What you want is two lilo.conf files. Here's my lilo.conf for the
secondary harddisk. YMMV.
boot=/dev/sdb
# the bios statement is important otherwise it will use 0x81 which won't
# exist in a primary failure situation
disk=/dev/sdb bios=0x80
map=/boot2/map
install=/boot2/boot.b
prompt
# Delay for 30 seconds
timeout=300
message=/boot2/lilo.message
# Set Com1 as serial console

# Force eth0/eth1 to be 100Mbps Full-Duplex
