Again, sndconfig says "device busy"

Sorry I have to bother this list again. I posted a message sometimes ago
and getting no response. 

I had a problem with 'sndconfig". When I finished configuring it and it
was about to test the configuration, an error ocurred and it said "device
busy". How do I make the device available please?
