X server for Alpha Station 255

Hello All,
	I recently made an Alpha Station 255 very happy and converted it
to RedHat Linux 6.1 ... Works great!, but I unfortunately can not get a X
display to work on it.  Does anyone out there know of a configuration that
works?
	I have been trying the XFree 3.3.6 TGA server with no luck...

root# lspci
