XFmail and GnuPg

Anybody use Xfmail 1.4.6 and GnuPG ?
I can't seem to get GnuPG to work with Xfmail. 
When I  try to sign a message from PGP I get
NO SUCH FILE OR DIRECTORY
PGP terminated with status code 2
The log file doesn't help much either.
Any help would be appreciated.
