It's pretty easy, just specify a file in the /etc/aliases line, eg:
redhat-list: myemail,/var/archive/redhat-list.txt
Probably have to mess with the permissions of the redhat-list.txt file (ie
touch it first to create it then give it the right ownership that sendmail
will accept).
